Career Guidance & Mentorship

We care about each student’s personal and professional development. Our teachers double as mentors, providing advice on goal setting, career direction, and educational opportunities.

We conduct career seminars, host alumni talks, and offer one-on-one counseling to ensure every student is supported. Whether a student is struggling academically or deciding on future plans, they’ll find guidance at GTC Odomola-Epe

This includes:

• Academic counseling: Helping students set goals and plan their career paths
• Character development: Encouraging discipline, integrity, and teamwork
• Emotional support: Offering guidance for personal or school-related challenges
• Job placement advice: Linking students with job boards, training programs, and alumni network.
